Rock Piscitelli has over thirty five years of experience as a competitive power lifter, having won several championships in numerous states, including Oregon, Nevada and Washington. Rock holds a personal record of 815 lbs on squat, 805 lbs on deadlift and 705 lbs on bench (770 lbs assisted). He is presently studying to obtain his personal trainer certification from IAP Career College.
